Level 4 is set in 'The Circus'.
When you first start level 4-1 you will be greeted with a message explaining that you can now swap between wooden and steel supports by pressing square, but I found this feature is not really that useful and on some of these levels you are forced to use wooden supports anyway.
The only other noticeable change is the addition of steel cable which is stronger than the normal rope used in the swamp levels, however for some of levels in The Circus you will be forced to use normal rope instead of cables.
Level 4-1 : Roll Up, Roll Up!
Girders Used: 33
Quite a simple level to start with. Just build the floor up two pieces at both ends and then flat all the way across and use the cables to support it from above.

Level 4-2 : High Wire Heights
Girders Used: 39
This time you can only use wooden supports and you have no rope. It can be easy to run out of supports on this level so you need to be quite efficient and use as few pieces as you can. In the pic below the final section consists of four single girder pieces in the shape of a rhombus.

Level 4-3 : The Main Attraction
Girders Used: 122
Now we're onto the really tricky stuff. You have three elephants and each one requires their own bridge across the whole length of the level. Start with the top bridge and get it working (when the other elephants fall and the menu screen comes up you can still watch the first elephant in the background to see if it makes it across alright), then move onto the second bridge and try not to weaken the first bridge too much, then finally build the bottom bridge and again try not to rely too much on the other bridges you've built.
The thing to notice in the picture below is that I've suspended three single floor pieces to use them as supports. There are two above the left of the bottom bridge and one above the right of the middle bridge.

Level 4-4 : Big Top Dipper
Girders Used: 59
The lower part of this level is very straightforward and easy. For the small sections where you just lay two floor pieces you don't even need to place any supports.
The top bridge is the difficult part in this level as you have no supports above the bridge. I used triangle supports to support the bridge from underneath along with a rope either side.

Level 4-5 : The Ringmaster's Demise
Girders Used: 139
The final level, and it's a big one.
The top bridge has nowhere to attach ropes above it, so you're going to have to use the triangle supports all the way across. The only problem with the other two bridges is that there are sections which are too far away from anywhere to hang a rope and so for those parts you will need to connect two ropes together.

That is the end of this guide, I hope some people have found it useful.

@THitter"Remember when I said that sometimes we work on stuff that we can’t mention. Well I already said that we would do a pretty robust replay editor. Your suggestions also about where to put said replays also make sense. This would be one of those times were I said…
